Do you specialize in any one particular business vertical?

No is the short answer. We have had clients in motorsports, powersports, the marine industry, med tech, functional foods, engineering, manufacturing, financial services, and IT. Institutional knowledge is never a bad thing, but it's not critical to creating customer-centric content and telling good stories. We are quick studies, and the process of aggregating, synthesizing, strategizing and articulating is the same regardless of a particular client's business or industry.

Do you bill by the hour, project, month or year?

Yes. We bill for our services all of those ways. We will work with you on your goals, budget and timeline, and customize a fee arrangement that fits your needs. Our typical retainer client spends about $3,000 - $5,000/month with us. That constitutes enough hours for us to do meaningful work, move the needle and provide some nice ROI, but we don't suck up all of your marketing spend.

What are the most common things you do for clients?

Of course every client is slightly different, but our core competencies are strategic marketing and messaging makeovers, content creation and corporate storytelling. We are able to define an organization’s brand/story through multiple channels and platforms utilizing mainstream media, social media, websites, magazines, collateral pieces, blogs, executive speeches and presentations, white papers, and videos.
